The City of Ansonia has been awarded a grant for housing rehabilitation for low-and moderate-income homeowners.

As part of this program, the City of Ansonia is seeking qualified contractors to perform housing rehabilitation projects.

If you are interested in participating in the program, please obtain a Contractor Application form from Carol Forcier, Community Development Specialist, Economic Development Office, 253 Main Street, Lower Level, City of Ansonia, CT 06401.

Eligible contractors must have Home Improvement license, certificates of general liability insurance, workman’s compensation and unemployment insurance, awarded or pending lead certificate from EPA’s “Renovate Right Program,” and positive references.

The City of Ansonia is an equal opportunity/fair housing employer. Minority, disabled, section 3, and women’s businesses are encouraged to apply.
