Ansonia Officials To Be Sworn In Dec. 2

Ansonia’s first new mayor in 14 years will be sworn in with other newly elected officials Monday, Dec. 2.

The ceremony is slated for 6 p.m. in the Ansonia High School auditorium. The event is open to all residents.

Bridgeport Superior Court Judge Richard Arnold is scheduled to officiate at the swearing-in.

In addition to Mayor-elect David Cassetti, Aldermen, the Town and City Clerk, the Treasurer, Board of Education members, and city sheriffs will also take their oaths of office.
