Officer Paul Smith and his K9 partner Kane would like to thank Mr. David Shepherd and his family for the generous donation of bulletproof vest for Kane.
The donation was made to honor David’s late wife Linda Shepherd, who was a strong supporter of the Ansonia Animal Control Division.
