Sheila M. Parizo:  Please do not get carried away with partisan-politics, with this symbolic carrot.  Gov. Malloy’s statement is the state WANTS TO provide more than $50 million dollars in new money to the “Education Cost Sharing” formula—state aid to local schools. This is political posturing, as he did not say that HE WILL provide this aid to local schools, as he only PROPOSED A PLAN.

Peace be with you and your family, Sheila!
