Heller Qualifies For The Citizens’ Election Program

Adam Heller, candidate for the 113th House District representing Shelton, has qualified for Connecticut’s Clean Elections Program.

Heller successfully raised over $5,000 from over 150 individuals living in Shelton, which qualified him for funding for his State Representative campaign.

I am grateful for the showing of support for my candidacy, and I look forward to talking about the issues voters care about over the coming weeks,” said Adam Heller.

As a member of the City of Shelton’s Board of Apportionment and Taxation, Adam Heller has brought his experience with municipal budgeting and accounting in order to advocate for a transparent budget process. He has fought for greater efficiency in the budget which would save taxpayer dollars now and in the future.

Adam Heller believes there is much work to be done at the State level and we need bold ideas to invest in infrastructure, transportation and balance our budget — but not on the backs of middle-class families,” said Shelton Democratic Town Committee Chair David Gioiello.

Adam Heller graduated from the University of Connecticut with degrees in Finance and Economics. His professional career has been rooted in financial management, and he currently operates a budget of $3 million dollars in a large municipality in Connecticut.

Heller knows how to manage budgets, and how to get the job done – even in difficult economic times,” said Shelton Alderman Jack Finn.

Heller is proud to be endorsed by the AFL-CIO representing thousands of hard working men and women as well as the Shelton Democratic Town Committee.
