TEAM’s 6th annual “Men Who Cook” returns to the Valley on April 20. Enjoy a night out with your friends and the community at the Valley’s most popular event.
On this spring evening let someone else wear the apron while you enjoy a wide variety of cuisine prepared by over 70 Valley Guys.
These chefs are not professional cooks, they are community minded individuals who enjoy the camaraderie of a great evening with friends and neighbors.
What’s on the menu?
Go international with empanadas, porketta, chicken marsala, and unique pasta dishes.
Like spice? Wings, barbeque and buffalo chicken await you. If you prefer seafood you can sample shrimp alfredo and seafood gumbo.
Get your veggies in southwestern gazpacho, brushetta and other dishes.
There will be smoked turkey, the comfort of chicken pot pie, and sandwiches made with plantains and traditional sausage peppers and onions.
Remember to leave room for dessert with freshly baked coconut cupcakes, cookies and other sweet treats.

Men Who Cook begins at 6 p.m. and goes to 11 p.m. at Warsaw Park in Ansonia.
Only $55 per person includes food, beer/wine and soft drinks, bid at the Valley’s greatest silent auction and dance off the night’s calories with music!
