Naugatuck Valley Health District Offers Back to School Immunizations

It’s almost back to school time! It’s a great time to gather school supplies and back packs, but also make sure your children are up to date with their vaccines.

To celebrate the importance of immunizations for people of all ages – and make sure children are protected with all the vaccines they need as they go back to school – the Naugatuck Valley Health District is joining with partners nationwide in recognizing August as National Immunization Awareness Month. Naugatuck Valley Health District offers low cost vaccines for children in the Valley. Call today to make an appointment!

Appointments are required. A parent or guardian must accompany the student. Please consult your school nurse in regarding the vaccines required for your child. There will be a charge of $20 per vaccine for those children under 19. Costs for vaccines for older individuals vary. Payment is by cash, credit or debit card.

Please bring your child’s vaccine record.
