FILEOxford’s Board of Education last month voted to request a $27,198,793 budget for 2013-2014.

The request represents an increase over current spending of $650,546, or 2.45 percent.

The Board of Finance has the ultimate say on the numbers that go to residents at referendum. The school board will present its budget to the finance board in the coming weeks.
