Another Severed Cat Head Found, This Time In Fairfield

A severed cat head was found in the back yard of a Fairfield residence Saturday (July 14) at 2:10 p.m., according to the Stratford Star.

The discovery comes days after a similar incident in Oxford.

Authorities are not certain if the cases are related.

It does not appear it was done by another animal,” Fairfield police Sgt. Susan Lussier told the Star Monday (July 16).

The head found in Fairfield was discovered on an artificial turf putting green behind a house on Steiner Road.
