Below is the Letter of Commendation for Fireman E3 Justice R. Cook of Seymour.
He is currently stationed at United States Coast Guard Station Point Allerton in Hull Massachusetts. Justice joined the Coast Guard upon graduating from St. Joseph’s High School.
He is awaiting assignment to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Charlestown South Carolina at which time he will major in Maritime Law Enforcement.
