Mayor David Cassetti would like to encourage everyone to attend the annual “Paczki Eating Contest” on Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 8 a.m. at Eddy’s Bake Shop, 37 Main St. in Ansonia.
The mayor has offered that if an Ansonia resident eats the most paczki donuts then they will be the “Ansonia Mayor for the Day.”
It is Eddy’s Bake Shop 50th Anniversary Celebration. The celebration will be month long. Come in and enjoy some delicious baked goods and stop by and visit the other downtown shops and restaurants.
