Richard Paul Schull, Sr.
posted: Jan 4, 2012 4:28 pm
Richard Paul Schull, Sr., the son of Joseph Constantine Schull and Marion Elizabeth Schilkowski, born October 30, 1936 in Derby, Connecticut, passed from this world to the next on December 31, 2011, in Clearfield, Utah.
Richard served his country as a Corpsman in the Naval Reserves. He lived most of his life in Connecticut where he ran his own sales company and maintained a small farm. In 1992 he moved to Plymouth, New Hampshire. In 1994 he moved to Utah to be closer to several of his children, but continued to return to his beloved New Hampshire each year to enjoy the summer and fall. He loved the rural lifestyle of farming and hunting, but his passion was for his family, his religion and genealogy. He loved God, his Savior, his country and his family.
He leaves behind a legacy of 8 children: sons, Todd, Karl, Kurt, Richard Jr., Kent and Jonathan; and daughters, Traci Heppler and Jennifer Schull; 28 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
He is loved and will be sorely missed.
Funeral services are being coordinated by McDougal Funeral Home, Taylorsville, Utah, and will be held January 6, 2012 in Utah.
