Derby Police Department Is Hiring

The Derby Police Department is hiring two records clerks. The following information was submitted by the department.

Class/Title: Part-Time Records Clerk (2 positions)

Rate of Pay: $16.59 per hour
Hours: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday – Friday (20 hrs/week)
Hours: 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Thursday (16 hrs/week)
Union: N/A

General Purpose:

Performs a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, payroll entry, manages parking tickets and the maintenance of public and law enforcement records. Much of the work performed is confidential in nature and requires good judgment in the dissemination of such information. Performs related work as required.
