Ansonia Police published the following information on Facebook.
We would like to thank everyone who stopped by and donated to the 2016 Ansonia Police Department’s Stuff-a-Jeep food drive.
We received approximately (30) frozen turkeys along with baby food, formula, snacks, diapers and other non-perishable food and grocery items.
Cash received was converted to gift cards went to Christ Church on South Cliff Street and BH Care on East Main Street.
Grand Total of $2,175 in donations on Nov. 18.
Thanks again for the support.
The last food drive of the year will be on Dec. 16 at Stop and Shop from noon until 6 p.m.
