Basement Systems Announces New Leadership Team

CONTRIBUTEDConnecticut Basement Systems is proud to announce the appointment of their new leadership team: Ross Mannuzza as General Manager, Bill Anderson as Operations Manager and Brian Maresca as Process Manager.

Manuzza has overall responsibility for day-to-day company operations, including sales, marketing, service and production. He will help steer the company as it continues to grow (Connecticut Basement Systems is moving in the summer of 2017 to a new, four-story, 80,000-square-foot building on the company’s campus).

Anderson will work with each department, finding ways to increase efficiency and productivity; and Maresca will work closely with both Manuzza and Anderson to implement strategy and performance improvement for the company.

All three are familiar faces at Connecticut Basement Systems. Mannuzza previously served as General Manager for Dr. Energy Saver of Connecticut; Anderson served as Service Training Manager and Maresca worked in the Connecticut Service Department as well as in Dealer Support for Basement Systems, Inc.

We are pleased to have experienced management to lead our team as we build upon our existing strengths and develop in exciting directions to ensure the sustained growth of our business and satisfaction of our customers,” said Larry Janesky, founder and owner of Connecticut Basement Systems.

Connecticut Basement Systems is the largest basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, foundation repair, basement finishing and moisture control company in Connecticut.
