D’Antona Completes Basic Training

Pete D’Antona recently completed basic training with the U.S. Navy, according to a post on the Facebook page of the Storm Engine Company Ambulance & Rescue Corps.

Pete is a five-year member of the Storms. His father, John D’Antona, is a Storms past captain and a Seymour police officer.

Pete will be attending A” school in Mississippi for the next 5 weeks and then on his assignment serving aboard the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Ronald Reagan,” according to the post.

Pete is following in his grandfather’s footsteps by serving in the U.S. Navy, according to the post. 

The elder D’Antona served aboard the U.S.S. Oklahoma City during Vietnam,” Storms said.
