Ansonia police issued an advisory Tuesday about two recent home burglaries.
There have been two break-ins in two weeks, according to police. The crimes happened in the area of Highland Avenue, Beverly Drive and Webster Drive, according to a Facebook post from the department.
“Both burglaries have had similar methods of entry and electronic items and money were taken from the homes,” according to the post.
No one was home in either daytime burglary.
Police advised residents to lookout for suspicious activity and to “report any persons who may be wandering the area.”
“At this time we are not able to release any specifics as it relates to a suspects but if more information becomes available this information will be made public,” according to the department.
