The council, by the way, is a network of people from nonprofit health and human service organizations working together to do a ton of good in the Naugatuck Valley.
They train new local leaders through “Leadership Valley.”
They were a driving force behind the “All-American Valley” designation 16 years ago.
They’ve played a critical role in compiling data on everything from early childhood education to the local quality of life.
