The Derby High School boys soccer team stays undefeated at home after defeating Amistad Academy 7 – 0 Thursday afternoon at Witek Park.
Eric Hicks had a career high day with 4 goals and 1 assist.
Senior Robert Hawes added a goal along with Nick Gruttadauria and Enver Hukara who scored their first career varsity goals as freshmen.
Senior Damir Poric was the general on the field choreographing the game while adding 3 assists.
Derby (2 – 2) travels to Seymour and Naugatuck next week before coming back home Friday afternoon to take on St. Paul Catholic.
