Former or present Seymour School System Students who received special education services and whose birthdates are prior to December 31, 1990 are hereby notified that their records regarding special education services provided will be destroyed on or before May 25, 2015.
All such individuals who desire copies of said records before May 20, 2015 are directed to contact:
