Shelton police sent following Code Red message to Shelton residents Tuesday about 1:30 p.m.:
“Due to the travel ban on the roadways with unsafe conditions, non-essential motorists are advised to stay off the roads.
Per city ordinance, no person shall plow, blow, or shovel any snow from private premises or any sidewalk onto any city street.”
