State Senator Joe Crisco announced he has been endorsed for reelection by the oldest and largest environmental grassroots group in the country, the Sierra Club.
The Sierra Club has over 8,000 members in the state of Connecticut who are devoted to the enjoyment and protection of Connecticut’s natural places.
Senator Crisco stated, “I am proud of my record as it pertains to the environment. In all of the policy we create in the legislature, we must constantly be mindful of how it impacts our natural resources.”
Martin Mador, Political and Legislative Chair of the Sierra Club – Connecticut Chapter said, “Our decision to endorse Senator Crisco was due to his commitment to the environmental issues and his strong record of environmental support in the legislature.”
