State Representative Theresa Conroy (D‑Derby/Seymour/Beacon Falls) announced another key endorsement by The Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers.
They have thrown their support to Theresa’s re-election campaign to continue representing the constituents of the 105th Assembly District in the General Assembly.
Rep. Conroy stated, “Having the endorsement of the phenomenal members represented by the CT Chapter is such an honor and I am extremely grateful for their support. As a nurse, I have seen the invaluable work of these dedicated men and women in hospitals and their commitment to serving those less fortunate within our communities. I have profound respect and admiration for their profession and know that together we will keep working for a better Connecticut.”
“It is important that we elect a legislature that is supportive of social services programs and our social work agenda,” said Stephen A. Karp, LMSW-CT Chapter Executive Director. “We will be doing our part to assure that happens and look forward to working with you in the 2017 legislative session.”
