State Representative Theresa Conroy (D‑Derby, Seymour, Beacon Falls) announced last week that the International Union, United Automobile Aerospace & Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) has endorsed her re-election bid representing the 105th Assembly District.
The endorsements are based on the candidates’ stances on issues important to the organization both at the local and the national level.
“I am grateful and excited to have been endorsed by the UAW,” said Rep. Conroy. “My work in the legislature and my support of the advancement of all the people in our great state are in line with the union members and their core mission. It is an honor to earn their support and I look forward to continue working with them.”
