Gregory L. Wityak

Gregory L. Wityak age 50 of Plantsville (12 years), formerly of Naugatuck and Seymour, he entered into peaceful rest July 26, 2010 at his home. He was born March 7, 1960, beloved son of George Wityak of Seymour, and Leida (Orcutt) Noss of Seymour. Mr. Wityak was a Technician with the Goodrich Corporation, Danbury. Gregory was a member of the CT Sarang Presbyterian Church, Danbury where he was a youth spiritual leader. Greg was instrumental with cataloguing and documenting veteran’s graves in Seymour’s nine cemeteries. He was also a Green Bay Packer Fan, and enjoyed NASCAR.

Mr. Wityak leaves in addition to his parents, a brother, George M. Wityak (Mary Ann) of Albuquerque, NM, a half brother, Wyman Philbrook (Hyon) of Peabody, MA, and several nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service in celebration of Gregory’s life will be held Thursday at 7:00 p.m. in the Ralph E. Hull Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 161 West Church Street, Seymour. Family and friends are invited to call also Thursday prior to the service from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Three Saints Cemetery, Seymour.
