SEYMOUR – The annual town budget meeting will be held at 6 p.m. April 2, at the Bingo Room in the Seymour Community Center. First Selectwoman Annmarie Drugonis sent out the following text alert to residents Friday (March 28):
This is First Selectwoman Annmarie Drugonis with a Community Service announcement using the Code Red System. Over the last several days, we have received numerous calls, messages, and emails regarding the upcoming Budget Annual Town Meeting. This volume gives us the impression that the turnout will be higher than usual. Due to this concern and the need to ensure that there is enough space to accommodate the potential turnout, we have made the decision to move the meeting from the Town Hall to the Bingo Room at the Seymour Community Center. Please make note of this change. We will communicate this message across multiple platforms to reach as many residents as possible. The date for the Budget Annual Town Meeting will be Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
