We regret to announce that we will be closing our Ansonia office on September 30, 2025 and our Milford office on November 22, 2025.
It has been a pleasure and privilege to provide quality medical care to our many patients in these regions and the surrounding areas. We truly appreciate the trust, friendships, and relationships which we have developed over our many years in this location.
Our other office locations will remain open.
Our Medical Doctors and Physician Assistants will continue to see patients at these office locations, and we look forward to the opportunity to continue providing medical care including allergy treatment and hearing aids.
