A panel to update military veterans on policy improvements and resources, and to get questions answered by the leaders of the state legislature’s Veterans Committee, is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Sept. 15 at the Derby Veterans Memorial Building, 2 Atwater Ave.
