Alan J. Poulin, age 66, entered into eternal rest on December 18, 2025. Born on November 22, 1959, to Ann Ellis Poulin and Reginald Poulin

Alan was a man who found his greatest joy in life’s simplest moments. He found peace being outdoors in nature—fishing, hunting, and hiking the many trails locally. Above all, he cherished time with his grandchildren, who brought him immense pride and happiness.

A skilled carpenter, Alan took pride in building, fixing, and sharing stories about the many projects he had built. Alan loved to cook wild game with the vegetables from his very own garden. Those who knew him understood that Alan could do two important things at once: he could show you the right way to do something, and he could also remind you that imperfection is part of being human.

Alan is survived by his children, Alan M. Poulin, Lauren M. Poulin, and Joseph Gagne; and his grandchildren, Audriana, Ace, and Freya Poulin. He is also survived by his siblings, sisters Michelle, Charmaine, Therese, and brother Michael. Alan is preceded in death by his son Reginald J Poulin.

Alan will be remembered as a son, brother, father, grandfather, and great friend to many. Someone who lived honestly, worked with purpose, and found meaning in the quiet, everyday moments of life.
