Mildred (Pacowta) Piotrowski, wife of the late Bronislaw Piotrowski, died on January 1, 2026. Mildred was born on January 30, 1933, in Derby, CT, daughter of the late Alex and Mary Pacowta. She was a lifetime Shelton resident and part time resident of Bethlehem, CT. Mildred was a member of St. Lawrence Parish, and prior to her retirement in 1995, Mildred worked at Bic Pen in Milford for 25 years.
Mildred is survived by a daughter, Linda Paganao and her husband Edward Pagano, a son, Ronald Piotrowski, and a sister, Dorothy Mercurio. She is predeceased by a son, Joseph Piotrowski, and sisters Ann Serfillippi, Julia Dubosak, and Mary Saroka. She is also predeceased by brothers Walter Pacowta, Michael Pacowta, Sam Pacowta, and John Pacowta. Mildred is survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Mildred loved a good tag sale, beautiful flowers, gardening, and, most of all, daily trips to the casino.
