Barbara Elaine (Weller) Evans, age 82, of Shelton entered into rest on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Bridgeport Hospital with her loving family by her side.
She was the devoted wife of Stephen Evans, Jr. Barbara was born in Bridgeport on June 27, 1943 daughter of the late Norman and Anne (Platko) Weller.
Barbara was the beloved mother of Stephen Evans, III and his wife Kimberly, Karen Minopoli and her husband Anthony and Kris-Anne Fernandes and sister of the late Eugene Weller. She was the loving grandmother of Joseph and his wife Amanda, Marissa, Stephen IV, Layla, Madison, Sophia and Willow. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
On Wednesday, March 18th, friends may call at the Riverview Funeral Home, 390 River Rd., Shelton from 4-7 PM.
