Robert Scaniffe Sr., 81, of Wallingford, CT entered into eternal rest Sept. 17, husband of the late Lynda (Jenkins) survived by his children, Robert Jr. and Tracey, Ann and Tom, Cynthia and Mike, 7 grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
Predeceased by Foster parents Theodore and Loretta Bruns, brothers Michael and Leonard, sister Maryann.
Robert was a Captain/Supervisor Security Officer for many years. He played in a band for over 30 years. He enjoyed talking, fishing, mini golf, playing music and cookouts.
He was full of wisdom and humor, cherishing every moment with family and friends. He will be remembered fondly as loving, resourceful and a wonderful musician. We will carry on his teachings and traditions to honor his memory. He will be missed very much.
