Editor’s note: the following information was sent in an email from the Registrars of Voters Association of Connecticut.

CONNECTICUT – All Registrars of Voters’ Offices in Connecticut will conduct the required session to prepare the “preliminary voter list” for the November 4th, 2025 election. Following this date, these lists will be available for inspection at each office. Voters may still register to vote by mail and online until October 17th, and in person from October 20th through election day by utilizing same day voter registration during Early Voting or on November 4th. Voters wishing to learn more should contact their town’s Registrars of Voters for more information.

October 17, 2025

CONNECTICUT —  All Registrars of Voters’ offices in Connecticut will hold a statewide voter registration session from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This is the last regular session for admission of electors who have turned 18, become a US citizen, or moved to Connecticut. This deadline includes by mail which must be post marked by this day, registration at DMV by close of business, Online registrations must be completed by 11:59 pm or in person by 8:00 pm.

November 3, 2025

CONNECTICUT —  All Registrars of Voters’ offices in Connecticut will hold a statewide voter registration session from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is the last registration session for admission of electors who have turned 18, become a US citizen, or moved to Connecticut since October 18th of this year. This registration session is also open to members of the Armed Forces, and former Armed Forces members who have been discharged within the calendar year.

October 20, 2025 – November 2, 2025

CONNECTICUT — All Connecticut towns will hold Early Voting beginning October 20, 2025 and ending November 2, 2025. The hours are 10:00 am until 6 pm each day with the exception of October 28 and October 30 that the locations will be open 8:00 am until 8:00 pm.
