On 8/9/26 at 6:51 pm the Pine Rock Park Co. #4 and the Echo Hose Co. #1 responded to a report of a vessel in distress on the Housatonic River near Wooster Island. The incident was unfounded.

On 8/13/26 at 7:25 am the Huntington Co. #3, Echo Hose Co. #1, Pine Rock Park Co. #4 and the White Hills Co. #5 responded to an activated fire alarm at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel at #780 Bridgeport Avenue. Upon arrival firefighters found a smoke detector activated on the 7th floor hallway with a smoke condition. Further investigation found an air handling unit motor on the roof had burned up. The hotel was evacuated while firefighters operated at the scene.
