2024 MS4 ANNUAL REPORT

Notice is hereby given that the City of Derby, under its General Permit No. GSM000114 for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4), will have a Draft 2024 Annual Report available for review and comment by the General Public.  The report describes City activities during 2024 along with future activities to comply with the MS4 General Permit.

The Draft Annual Report will be available on the City’s website and will remain available for public comment for at least thirty days.  The electronic copy of the draft report will be available on the City’s stormwater management website: https://www.derbyct.gov/stormwater-management
