The 46th Annual Gold Seal Awards Banquet is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 25 at The Inn at Villa Biance in Seymour.
The banquet is presented by People’s United Bank, along with Pullman & Comley Attorneys.
The Gold Seal Awards is an initiative of The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce.
The evening is a celebration of the region’s business and community leaders who exemplify the spirit of selflessness and volunteerism.
This year’s Platinum Award winner is Diane Stroman.
The Gold Seal Awards are going to Tom Haynes, Raymond A. Oppel and Joseph Welsh.
This year’s Silver Medal is going to The Valley Independent Sentinel.
Ramon E. Peralta, Jr. is the master of ceremonies.
A reception is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
The dinner and award presentations are scheduled to begin at 5:45 p.m.
The Inn at Villa Bianca is at 312 Roosevelt Drive (Route 34) in Seymour.
