The Catholic War Veterans (CWV) Post 1562, 112 Derby Ave. in Derby is hosting a country-western fundraiser July 27.
The party starts at 12 p.m. on the grounds.
The fundraiser is for the “Homes for the Brave Program,” the PFC Nicholas A. Madaras Home, which helps female military members transition back into the community.

Food includes hot dogs and burgers lunch with a raw clam bar. Southern BBQ Dinner served at 5 p.m. of brisket, pulled pork, smoked turkey with country white gravy and much more by Grumpy Hogg BBQ.
