The Ansonia Police Department is currently investigating reports of multiple car break ins that occurred during the overnight hours.
The areas of the break ins were Westfield Avenue, Wakelee Avenue, Franklin Street, and Holbrook Place.
We remind all residents to lock their cars at all times and to not leave anything of value inside their cars. Suspicious activity and/or people should be reported to the department at 203 – 735-1885.
