As 2017 comes to an end, I would like to thank all residents of Ansonia for their support, consideration, and dedication to our community throughout the entire year, and during our 2017 municipal election.
Running for Mayor has given me an opportunity to see our city from thousands of different perspectives, and has brought me into contact with countless wonderful people that are passionate about the needs and the future of our city…I will not forget the ideas and concerns you shared. The experience of running for Mayor was an honor, and I come away from it both inspired and humbled.
I’m looking forward to enjoying the holidays together with friends and family. In 2018 I’ll be focused on running my real estate company, and continuing to get involved in local non-profit and local government opportunities that can help our community. I will also be offering my help to Mayor Cassetti and his team to serve on a board or commission, and I will work to reach out and encourage all residents to get involved to build our community together.
I would like to say congratulations to all the new and returning government officials in their successful election. I have confidence that Ansonia residents will rise to the challenges we face in our respective neighborhoods, in our city and state, in our nation, and as people of the world. Progress starts right here at home, and I continue to believe in Ansonia.
Thank you, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and I wish you all a happy and healthy New Year! See you around town!
