On 09/07/18 at 10:41 pm the Echo Hose Co #1 and the Pine Rock Co. #4 responded to the Mountain Development Company at #1 Waterview Drive for a fire alarm activation. There was no fire. An engine and a ladder truck responded.
On 09/07/18 at 11:01 pm the Huntington Fire Co #3 responded to a motor vehicle accident on Quaker Ridge Road. An engine responded.
On 09/09/18 at 2:31 pm the Pine Rock Co. #4, Echo Hose Co #1 and the Huntington Fire Co #3 responded to a structure fire at #462 Long Hill Avenue. Upon arrival firefighters found a single family home engulfed in fire. The fire was brought under control in about an hour. No one was injured and the occupants were not home at the time of the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office. Three engines, a ladder truck and a rescue truck responded.
