I am honored and humbled to be your new state senator.
First and foremost, I work for you.
I love this state, and I will do all I can to help improve the quality of life of the people I represent. Contact me anytime at Eric.Berthel@cga.ct.gov, call me at 800-842-1421 and sign up for my State Capitol email updates at www.SenatorBerthel.com.
I will work with Democrats and Republicans to:
- put our state on more predictable, sustainable, pro-business path.
- stabilize our state budget without voting for job-killing tax hikes.
- fight on behalf of the taxpayers in my district’s ten towns and oppose the governor’s unfair municipal aid cut proposal.
- strengthen our technical high school system so that it can continue to train our future skilled workforce.
I thank my opponents – Greg Cava of Roxbury and Dan Lynch of Middlebury – for running respectful, issues-based campaigns. We are all passionate about making Connecticut the best state it can be, and we are all very fortunate to call the 32nd Senate District home.
Sen. Eric Berthel
