New Gov. Ned Lamont unveiled a $43 billion two year budget Wednesday.
The plan “seeks to straighten out state finances by refinancing debt, capping new borrowing and future pensions, and socking it to hospitals and Coke and Sunny D drinkers,” according to The New Haven Independent.
