To report an outage, text OUT to 839884, or call 800 – 7-CALL-UI. If you see a downed power line, stay far away and report it to us.
If you are unable to heat your home due to loss of power, call 211 for information about warming shelters and other emergency services.
Do not use your range or outdoor cooking appliances for heat.
Should any service outages occur, UI will work until every last customer is restored.
