Valley Youth Making A Difference: Seymour’s Reagan Kalish And Ashley White

Seymour Middle School students Reagan Kalish and Ashley White recently raised money to help a local family whose house was badly damaged by fire.

“The Fight After The Flames” quickly gathered monetary donations and items.

The girls worked closely with the assistant principal at the time, Ernie DiStasi, and the head of security, Mr. Richard Kearns, to get the victims of these fires the essentials they need.

“Where are the positive stories?” you ask.

Well, that’s why The Valley Indy teamed with the Valley Council for Health and Human Services to present “Valley Youth Making A Difference.”

We know we’re missing good stories about our young people every day. The fact is we need you to share those stories.
