Here are the “food service” inspections for February 2015.
Commercial eateries are graded by the Naugatuck Valley Health District as poor, fair, good or excellent.
Other eateries get numerical scores.
On that scale, anything lower than 80 fails, or anything with a single four-point violation fails.
In addition to providing the data, the Valley Indy looked at specific inspection files for anything rating of “poor” or “fair” to obtain more info.
Same for anything scoring less than a 90.
