MILFORD — The ex-boyfriend accused of murdering a 20-year-old Derby woman was arraigned in court Thursday, The Connecticut Post reported.
Andre LeFrancois is also charged with risk of injury to a child, as the son he fathered with Rosali Acquefreda was allegedly in the vehicle with them last Sunday when LeFrancois allegedly attacked her. He was arrested Wednesday.
Acquefreda’s friends and family have described LeFrancois as a obsessive ex who couldn’t accept Rosali was moving on with her life.
LeFrancois’ mother posted a statement to The Valley Indy Facebook wall saying her family loves their grandson and they are shocked by what is alleged to have happened. The statement was included in this story.
