Shelton police arrested a Waterbury man Monday when he went to the police station to pick up a bag he owned that allegedly contained drugs.

According to a prepared statement from Detective Christopher Nugent, police had responded to an incident involving 23-year-old Davie Mcmillian in Shelton at some point Monday.

He was held on $11,000 bond and arraigned Tuesday at Superior Court in Derby, where a judge released him on a promise to appear in court.
