Update Feb. 18: Due to snow the block watch meeting scheduled for Tuesday night has been canceled and will be rescheduled.
Ansonia Police Officer Rick Esposito will host a citywide Block Watch meeting Feb. 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ansonia Rescue & Medical Services building at 22 West Main St.
Past topics of discussion have included crime, car theft, blight issues, roaming dogs, graffiti, holiday and vacation safety tips, noise ordinances, curfews in city parks, motor vehicle and traffic violations, gang and drug activity.
