ANSONIA — Members of the city’s Democratic Committee are scheduled to meet 7 p.m. Tuesday (June 20) to choose a slate of candidates for the upcoming municipal election.
The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Norwood Athletic Club, 35 Maple St.
The Democrats may choose a candidate to challenge Mayor David Cassetti. Ansonia Republicans are scheduled to nominate the mayor and a slate of candidates 7 p.m. Wednesday (July 21), at the Ansonia Armory, 5 State St.
