The Ansonia Branch #2000 of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) is celebrating Black History Month with a membership drive.
Scot X. Esdaile, president of the Connecticut State Conference of NAACP Branches, will be appearing.
The Black History Meet and Greet reception and book viewing/sale will be on Saturday, March 6, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Michele’s Alterations and Design Elements, 330 East Main Street, Ansonia.
